Blostem is a Startup India-registered fintech infrastructure company founded in October 2021, backed by leading investors including Rainmatter (Zerodha), MobiKwik, AC Ventures, GrowX, and Blue Lotus.
We provide a unified banking SDK and API that enables fintechs and financial institutions across India to embed financial products — such as Fixed Deposits, Recurring Deposits, and more — directly into their apps without building backend infrastructure from scratch.
Our platform drastically reduces time-to-market: partners can go live in 7 days versus the traditional 9–12 months per bank integration. We handle regulatory compliance, bank onboarding, and reconciliation so our partners can focus entirely on user experience.
We serve 30+ platforms including MobiKwik, Upstox, Jupiter, and Zerodha, with partnerships across 10+ banks and NBFCs. We are ISO 27001 certified and operate as a Technical Service Provider under RBI and NPCI regulations with AES-256 encryption for data protection.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a creative, execution-focused, and growth-oriented Digital Marketing Executive who can independently drive the company’s online presence and brand visibility. The role primarily focuses on LinkedIn and Instagram marketing, along with broader digital marketing initiatives including content strategy, campaign execution, audience engagement, branding, and lead generation.
The ideal candidate should understand how to build brand recall, create engaging content, grow social media presence organically, and support business growth through digital channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Marketing
- Manage and grow the company’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and execute monthly social media calendars aligned with business goals.
- Create engaging posts, carousels, reels, stories, and thought-leadership content.
- Develop platform-specific strategies for audience growth and engagement.
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, communication, and visual identity.
Content & Campaign Management
- Coordinate and execute digital campaigns for branding, hiring, product awareness, and lead generation.
- Write compelling captions, hooks, and marketing copy.
- Collaborate with design/video teams for creatives and short-form content.
- Monitor content performance and optimize based on analytics.
- Write and manage blog content for the company website to drive organic traffic
- Align blog topics with marketing campaigns and brand messaging
Brand Building & Engagement
- Increase organic reach, impressions, engagement, and follower growth.
- Build founder/company personal branding on LinkedIn.
- Engage with audiences, comments, and industry trends proactively.
- Identify viral/trending formats relevant to the brand.
Performance Marketing Support
- Assist in running paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Support lead generation initiatives through social media and digital campaigns.
- Track campaign metrics such as reach, CTR, engagement, and conversions.
Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Analyze social media insights and recommend improvements.
- Track competitor activity and industry trends.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram growth strategies.
- Experience in content planning, branding, and audience engagement.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, scheduling tools, and analytics platforms is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and execute ideas quickly.

- SEO and website content understanding.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
