Job Responsibilities:
- Source and procure materials, equipment, and services for infrastructure projects and university departments.
- Negotiate with vendors to ensure best pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
- Maintain purchase records, contracts, and compliance with organizational policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams for procurement planning and inventory management.
- Track budgets, expenditures, and suggest cost-saving measures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
