We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Junior Doctor (BHMS) to join our healthcare team. The candidate will assist in patient consultations, case taking, follow-up management, and maintaining medical records while working under senior medical guidance.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and case taking.
- Assist in planning and monitoring treatments.
- Manage patient follow-ups and documentation.
- Provide patient counseling and support.
- Maintain accurate medical records.
Requirements:
- BHMS degree from a recognized institution.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
Location: Channilal Chauraha, Mahanagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
