Job Title: Office Coordinator
Job Summary:We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Coordinator to manage daily office operations and provide administrative support. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day office activities.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries.
- Maintain office records and documentation.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Prepare reports and update data in MS Excel.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel).
- Good communication and organizational skill
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
