Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Recruiting Consultant to drive full-lifecycle recruitment for technical, niche, and leadership positions. You will partner directly with key business stakeholders to manage end-to-end talent acquisition, maintain recruitment data accuracy, and deliver high-impact hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines for tech, niche, and executive leadership roles.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to align on talent needs and hiring strategies.
- Source active and passive talent using advanced sourcing channels, networks, and market mapping.
- Track, analyze, and present recruitment data, metrics, and funnel analytics to leadership.
- Maintain high candidate engagement and deliver a seamless hiring experience.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in full-lifecycle recruitment.
- Proven track record in technology, niche domain, and leadership hiring.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
- High proficiency in data tracking, ATS management, and talent reporting.
- Must be willing to work fully onsite at our Bangalore office.
Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
