Job Description:
CNA Sports World is looking for a motivated and energetic Retail Store Executive to manage showroom operations while assisting with online sales platforms and social media. If you're passionate about customer service and sports equipment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in the showroom and provide product recommendations.
- Handle day-to-day showroom operations for sports equipment.
- Manage and respond to inquiries on IndiaMART.
- Handle and update CNA Sports World's Instagram account.
- Maintain product displays and showroom presentation.
- Follow up with customer inquiries and generate sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets (target-based role).
Requirements
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram and online selling platforms.
- Computer proficiency is preferred.
- Experience in retail sales is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
