Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and provide an exceptional luxury shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend premium diamond jewellery based on their preferences and budget.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, and current jewellery collections.
- Explain diamond quality using the 4Cs (Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat) with confidence.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through excellent customer service and relationship building.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business through regular follow-ups.
- Handle billing, order processing, and after-sales service efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper display and care of jewellery.
- Keep the showroom clean, elegant, and visually appealing at all times.
- Stay updated on new collections, industry trends, and promotional campaigns.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally while maintaining the brand's reputation.
- Follow company policies regarding security, cash handling, and inventory management.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in jewellery, diamond, luxury retail, or premium fashion sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for luxury products and customer service.
- Basic knowledge of diamonds and jewellery is preferred.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a team environment.
- Good presentation and grooming standards.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with billing/POS systems.

Salary
As per company standards and experience, along with performance-based incentives.
