A Car Sales Executive is responsible for selling vehicles to customers, achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance, and warranty details.
- Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls and visits.
- Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for vehicle delivery processes.
- Maintain customer database and sales records.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Generate leads through field visits, references, and digital platforms.
- Stay updated about competitors, market trends, and new vehicle launches.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
