ABOUT THE ROLE
Pervador IT is looking for a skilled and product-focused UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, modern and conversion-focused experiences for our web and mobile products.
We are looking for someone who understands product design and user behavior—not simply someone who creates attractive graphics.
You should be able to understand business requirements, map user journeys, create wireframes and prototypes, deliver high-quality interface designs, and work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design responsive web and mobile interfaces
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity designs
- Create and maintain reusable design systems and components
- Design intuitive navigation and customer journeys
- Convert business and product requirements into effective UI/UX solutions
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and MERN developers
- Prepare developer-ready Figma designs and specifications
- Review implemented designs and identify UI/UX inconsistencies
- Analyze existing user experiences and recommend improvements
- Improve mobile responsiveness and usability
- Identify and reduce unnecessary steps and friction in customer journeys
- Use customer feedback, product analytics and user behavior to improve designs
- Continuously improve the usability and consistency of the platform
IMPORTANT USER FLOWS
You may work on customer journeys including:
Visitor → Signup → Verification → Deposit → Payment Selection → Package Selection → Checkout → Successful Payment → Game Launch → Repeat Purchase
The goal is not only to make the platform look professional, but also to make important customer journeys simple, intuitive and conversion-focused.
