Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations
Ensure adherence to quality, hygiene, and safety standards (FSSAI, ISO, etc.)
Plan and implement production schedules and process improvements
Coordinate with QA, maintenance, supply chain, and R&D teams.
Lead, train, and motivate plant personnel to achieve production targets
Manage inventory of raw materials and packaging materials effectively
Monitor equipment maintenance and minimize downtime
Maintain compliance with environmental and regulatory standards

Skills:
- Proficient in production and manufacturing processes with overall responsibility for planning
- Experience in overseeing all production/manufacturing activities
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Experience:
- B.Tech in Food Technology / Dairy Technology
- Minimum 08 to 10 years of work experience in the dairy or ice cream industry
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
