Job Summary
As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Digilantern, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition campaigns across various digital channels. Your role will involve building, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns while focusing on delivering measurable improvements in revenue, ROI, and overall business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and help develop data-driven marketing strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management:
- Build, execute, and manage acquisition campaigns across multiple channels such as social media, affiliate networks, OEMs, and DSPs to increase revenue and ROI.
- Data Analysis & Optimization:
Analyze and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights. Continuously improve strategies based on quantitative analysis to ensure cost-efficient, high-performing campaigns.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience of 3+ years in a quantitative marketing role, specifically in managing performance-based campaigns across social media, affiliates, and other digital channels.
- Analytical Expertise:
- Strong background in data analysis, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets and communicate them to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Campaign Building:
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a focus on driving ROI and performance improvements.Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain data-driven results and strategies.
- Strong project management abilities, ensuring the successful execution of multiple campaigns in parallel and meeting deadlines.A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
