Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Centre Head (Preschool) to lead our Manapakkam branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, academic excellence, staff supervision, and parent engagement while ensuring a safe and stimulating learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the preschool
- Lead, train, and manage teaching and support staff
- Ensure high standards of curriculum delivery and child development
- Handle admissions, parent interactions, and inquiries
- Maintain compliance with safety and hygiene standards
- Monitor student progress and classroom quality
- Plan school events, activities, and programs
- Manage administrative tasks, reports, and documentation
- Drive enrolments and support marketing initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–5 years of experience in preschool / school management
- Prior experience as Centre Head / Academic Coordinator / School Administrator preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in handling admissions and parent counselling
- Knowledge of preschool curriculum and operations
