Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Computer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent computer skills, be proficient in MS Office, and have experience in preparing academic content such as test papers, mathematical equations, derivations, and worksheets.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day computer operations and administrative tasks.
- Prepare and format test papers, worksheets, assignments, and study materials.
- Type and format mathematical equations, derivations, and scientific formulas accurately.
- Maintain and update student records, attendance, and databases.
- Handle data entry and maintain MIS reports using MS Excel.
- Manage printing, scanning, photocopying, and document filing.
- Maintain digital records and organize academic documents.
- Assist faculty members in preparing academic materials.
- Handle emails and official correspondence.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of institutional data.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience as a Computer Operator/Data Entry Operator.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong knowledge of MS Word formatting and Equation Editor.
- Ability to prepare test papers and academic content.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of internet and email handling.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in the education/coaching industry will be an added advantage.
- Candidates familiar with JEE/NEET academic content will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
