Job Description
Ganesh Plywood Industries is seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to manage the company's financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, and provide strategic financial guidance. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and expertise in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and finalize financial statements and MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory regulations.
- Handle direct and indirect tax filings and assessments.
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
- Manage internal and statutory audits and coordinate with auditors.
- Monitor cash flow, banking transactions, and fund management.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of accounting records and financial documentation.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls.
Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 2–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
