Job Summary
The Food & Beverage Service Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by ensuring efficient and professional food and beverage service in accordance with the club's luxury hospitality standards. The role requires maintaining guest satisfaction, product knowledge, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities Guest Service
- Welcome and assist members and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages as per established service standards.
- Ensure prompt and personalized service to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and feedback professionally.
Operations
- Set up and maintain restaurant, lounge, banquet, and club service areas.
- Ensure tables, stations, and service equipment are clean and well-maintained.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service operations.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively address service issues.
- Follow service sequence and standard operating procedures.
Hygiene & Safety
- Maintain personal grooming and hygiene standards.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and club regulations.
- Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues immediately.
Sales & Upselling
- Promote menu items, beverages, and special offers.
- Upsell food and beverage items to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, ingredients, and beverage offerings.
Teamwork
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments.
- Attend training sessions and departmental meetings.
- Support special events, banquets, and club functions as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in restaurants, hotels, clubs, or luxury hospitality establishments.
- Freshers from reputed hotel management institutes may also apply.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Basic POS billing knowledge.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in luxury hotels, premium restaurants, clubs, or resorts.
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, and beverage service will be an added advantage.
