*Job Description:*
We are looking for a motivated Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales team through lead generation, cold calling, and initial customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services
Qualify leads and identify customer needs
Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
Maintain and update lead data in CRM
Follow up with prospects regularly
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets
Coordinate with the sales team to improve conversion
*Required Skills & Qualifications:*
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confidence in cold calling and customer interaction
Basic understanding of sales and lead generation
Ability to handle rejection positively
Good negotiation and persuasion skills
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
Graduate / Undergraduate & Postgraduate (any stream)
