Job Summary:
The Quality Manager will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and monitoring quality standards across BIM, design, and project delivery workflows. The role involves ensuring compliance with company standards, improving operational efficiency, maintaining documentation quality, and supporting continuous process improvement across multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) procedures for BIM and design projects
Review project deliverables to ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and industry best practices
Conduct regular audits of models, drawings, documentation, and workflows
Monitor model health, data accuracy, naming conventions, and file management standards
Establish and maintain BIM standards, templates, checklists, and documentation protocols
Monitor project performance metrics and prepare quality reports for management review
Lead quality improvement initiatives and process optimization strategies
Support training and mentoring of teams on quality standards and BIM best practices
Ensure adherence to ISO standards and company quality management systems where applicable
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices
Coordinate with clients regarding quality expectations and compliance requirements
Support ISO 19650 process compliance and internal audit activities
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of BIM workflows, Revit, construction documentation, and coordination processes
Experience in developing standards, SOPs, and quality management systems
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with global teams
Ability to prepare quality reports and management dashboards
Hands-on experience with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination tools
Good understanding of international BIM standards, ISO 19650 and project workflows
Strong understanding of LOD, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and coordination workflows

Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Relevant certifications in BIM or Quality Management will be an added advantage
Experience:
Overall, 10 years in BIM project experience with minimum of 3+ years of experience in QA/QC, BIM management, or project quality control
