We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage day-to-day office operations and support smooth coordination across teams. This role is key to ensuring the office runs efficiently while assisting with logistics, vendor coordination, and internal support functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and ensure overall smooth functioning
- Handle all official communication and correspondence over email in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep
- Oversee office supplies, utilities, and ensure all team requirements are met
- Support teams by arranging resources, tools, and operational needs
- Assist in logistics coordination, including movement of products between warehouse, stores, and vendors
- Coordinate courier shipments, deliveries, and dispatch tracking
- Maintain documentation, records, and basic administrative reports
- Support accounts with invoice tracking and basic coordination
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in an administrative / operations role
- Strong communication skills, especially written (email proficiency is essential)
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to coordinate across teams and vendors efficiently
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
