Role & Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
* Generate and follow up on leads through online platforms, referrals, and direct outreach
* Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property solutions
* Conduct property presentations and site visits for potential buyers
* Maintain regular follow-ups to drive conversions and sales closures
Preferred Candidate Profile
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic knowledge of computer applications and CRM software
* Strong negotiation and convincing abilities
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive
* Ability to work independently as well as within a team
* Adaptable to a fast-paced sales environment
