We are looking for a competitive-level Sports coaches for Basketball and Badminton who can train students for performance, discipline, and competition readiness.
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for building a structured Sports program, identifying talent, and preparing students for inter-school and competitive events. This role demands seriousness, consistency, and results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train students with a competitive approach (technique, endurance, timing)
- Design structured training plans (daily/weekly progression)
- Prepare and coach students for competitions and events
- Track performance metrics and improvement
- Enforce strict discipline and safety standards
Requirements (Strict & Non-Negotiable):
- Valid coach Certification
- Proven experience in training
- Ability to identify and develop high-potential students
- Physically fit, energetic, and authoritative
