We are looking for a Relationship Manager – West Region who can drive B2B sales, build strong client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth.
Job ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and acquire new clients through outbound prospecting
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and market research
- Conduct client discovery meetings and presentations
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
Client Relationship Management
- Manage relationships with agencies, brands, and corporate clients
- Understand client requirements and business objectives
- Maintain regular follow-ups and engagement
- Build long-term business relationships
Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Reactivate dormant accounts
- Grow business within existing clients
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce)
- Track leads, opportunities, and conversion stages
- Submit weekly sales reports and updates
- Maintain sales forecasting visibility
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3.5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Relationship Management, Client Acquisition, or Inside Sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in lead generation and outbound sales
- CRM knowledge (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working with revenue targets
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
