We are looking for energetic and result-driven Tele Sales Executives who are passionate about sales and enjoy interacting with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
- Explain Sportons Media's products and services clearly.
- Convert leads into customers by understanding their requirements.
- Follow up with interested prospects regularly.
- Maintain customer information and sales records in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the operations and marketing teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Business Development.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Telugu, Tamil, or Kannada will be an added advantage.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in EdTech, Sports, Events, Media, or Digital Marketing sales.
- CRM experience is a plus.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
