Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify import documentation for customs clearance of LCL/FCL shipments.
- Generate and process Bill of Entry (BOE) details and maintain accurate shipment records.
- Upload and submit import documents through the E-Sanchit/ICEGATE portal.
- Coordinate with importers, CHA/custom clearance teams, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and port authorities for timely clearance.
- Follow up with shipping lines for Delivery Orders (DO) and shipment release formalities.
- Maintain daily shipment status reports and provide timely updates to clients and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, EXIM policies, and import documentation procedures.
- Handle import-related documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/AWB, and duty-related paperwork.
- Resolve documentation discrepancies and coordinate for amendments whenever required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in Import Documentation / Customs Documentation.
- Good knowledge of customs clearance procedures, EXIM operations, and logistics documentation.
- Hands-on experience with ICEGATE, E-Sanchit, and customs documentation software such as Visual Impex, Focus, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Gmail, and Outlook.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Detail-oriented and quick learner.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
