Job Summary
We at MACLEC Clean Technologies Pvt. Ltd. are looking for a skilled and responsible Hydra Cum Forklift Driver for our turbine manufacturing plant located in Kotla, Punjab, to safely operate both Hydra cranes and forklifts for loading, unloading, lifting, transporting, and positioning materials within the worksite. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience operating both machines and a valid driving license/certification as required by applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Hydra crane and forklift safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, lift, move, and stack materials as per operational requirements.
- Inspect equipment before and after each shift to ensure safe working condition.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and promptly report any defects or mechanical issues.
- Follow all safety guidelines, operating procedures, and company policies.
- Ensure proper handling of materials to prevent damage to goods and equipment.
- Coordinate with supervisors, warehouse personnel, and site teams during lifting and material movement activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of assigned equipment.
- Complete daily operation logs and inspection records as required.
- Support other operational activities as assigned by the supervisor.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience operating both Hydra crane and forklift.
- Valid driving license and authorization/certification to operate both Hydra crane and forklift.
- Good understanding of safety standards and material handling practices.
- Ability to work in shifts, including overtime when required.
- Physically fit and capable of working in industrial or warehouse environments.
Preferred Skills
- Strong safety awareness and commitment to safe work practices.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10th Pass or equivalent (preferred).
- Valid license/certification for operating both Hydra crane and forklift (mandatory).
