Position Available
Back Office Executive (Full-Time)
The role involves simple day-to-day back office operations. No prior work experience is necessary, as selected candidates will receive paid practical training before handling live assignments.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent
- Age: 18 to 40 years
- Basic computer knowledge
- Familiarity with MS Excel and internet browsing
- Good learning attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine back-office tasks
- Work with MS Excel and online applications
- Maintain data accurately and follow company procedures
- Coordinate with team members whenever required
Working Hours
- Full-Time Office Position
- Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary & Benefits
- Salary offered as per current industry standards
- Starting Salary: ₹5,500 per month
- Salary increment every 6 months
- Paid on-the-job training provided
