Eligibility: Final-year degree students only — no experience required
*Responsibilities*
- Handle day-to-day operational tasks and workflows
- Interact with customers to resolve queries and ensure a smooth experience
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service
- Support process improvements as needed
Requirements
- Currently pursuing final year of Bachelor's degree
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge
- No prior experience required
