Guest Service Associate (Housekeeping) ensures guest rooms and public areas are spotless, sanitary, and welcoming.
Job Responsibilities:
- Room Maintenance: Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors according to hotel or resort standards.
- Replenishment: Change linens, make beds, and restock toiletries, towels, and mini-bar supplies.
- Sanitation: Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, polish surfaces, and sanitize bathrooms daily.
- Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly, respond to immediate requests (e.g., extra pillows), and maintain privacy while respecting "Do Not Disturb" signs.
- Inventory & Equipment: Safely handle and operate cleaning equipment, chemicals, and loaded housekeeping carts across the facility.
- Reporting & Safety: Report maintenance issues (e.g., broken bulbs or leaks) and promptly hand in any "Lost and Found" items.
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
