Job Summary
We are seeking a CA Semi-Qualified professional to join our Audit & Assurance practice, supporting engagements for Indian market clients. The role involves execution of statutory audits and assurance assignments in line with Indian regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and execution of Audit & Assurance engagements
- Perform audit procedures, vouching, verification, and testing
- Prepare and maintain audit working papers and documentation
- Support statutory audits of Indian entities as per Companies Act, 2013
- Review financial statements for compliance with AS / Ind AS
- Ensure adherence to Standards on Auditing (SA)
- Assist in preparation of audit reports and management letters
- Coordinate with Indian clients for audit requirements and clarifications
- Support seniors in closure of audit observations and finalization
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of Audit & Assurance concepts
- Knowledge of Indian statutory and regulatory framework
- Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel
Qualifications
- CA Semi-Qualified
- Articleship experience in Audit & Assurance / CA firm / consulting preferred
