Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Customer Care Manager to manage customer relationship activities, complaint handling, team management, and workshop hygiene standards at our authorized service center. The candidate should have strong communication, leadership, and customer satisfaction management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer care and CRM operations effectively
- Handle customer complaints and ensure complaint reduction
- Improve customer satisfaction and service experience
- Monitor customer feedback and implement corrective actions
- Lead and manage CRM/customer care team performance
- Ensure proper follow-up with customers for service feedback
- Maintain workshop hygiene and customer lounge standards
- Ensure implementation of company policies and process compliance
- Follow all Maruti Suzuki rules, SOPs, and customer handling guidelines
- Coordinate with workshop, service advisors, and other departments for smooth operations
- Maintain customer records, MIS reports, and complaint analysis reports
- Support customer retention and relationship-building activities
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 4–5 years experience in customer care / CRM / automobile service industry
- Candidates from other industries with strong customer handling experience may also apply
- Strong communication and team handling skills required
- Basic computer and reporting knowledge
