Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to oversee construction, renovation, and maintenance projects for hospitality properties in Vagator, Goa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality control, contractor management, project coordination, and ensuring timely completion of projects as per approved specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily construction activities on site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, safety standards, and quality control.
- Verify BOQs, manage material requirements, and monitor site inventory.
- Handle contractor billing and project documentation.
- Coordinate Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and finishing works.
- Prepare project progress reports and submit regular updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and construction standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project execution.
- Experience in hotel, resort, hospitality, or commercial projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, MEP services, and HVAC coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and BOQ preparation.
- Ability to manage multiple contractors and project activities independently.

- Experience working on projects in Goa.
- Strong vendor and contractor management skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of local approvals, regulations, and construction practices.
