LevelUp IAS is looking for a Student Enquiry & Chat Support Executive to handle inbound student queries and provide prompt, clear, and helpful support across multiple communication channels.
This role is ideal for candidates who are good at communication, responsive in nature, and comfortable interacting with students and aspirants on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student queries and support requests across different communication channels
- Respond to inbound enquiries on WhatsApp, Telegram, Email, and other platforms
- Share accurate information related to courses, sessions, admissions, and general student support
- Ensure clear, polite, and timely communication with aspirants
- Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution whenever required
- Support students throughout their enquiry journey and maintain a smooth support experience
Qualifications
- Freshers with strong communication skills may apply
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in student support, customer support, counselling support, chat process, or related roles may also apply
- Good written communication skills in English and Hindi preferred
- Ability to handle chats, messages, and basic email communication professionally
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Telegram, Email, and similar communication tools
- Patient, responsive, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to coordinate with team members and follow up on student queries effectively
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of student counselling or enquiry handling
- Ability to communicate in a polite, helpful, and student-friendly manner
- Good sense of responsibility and turnaround time while responding to queries
