Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Define brand positioning, narrative, and long-term strategy.
Oversee the conceptualisation and execution of integrated brand campaigns across
channels.
Lead creative writing initiatives, including high-level brand stories, campaign
narratives, speeches, and thought-leadership content.
Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and storytelling across all platforms.
Mentor and lead a team of writers, content creators, and brand strategists.
Drive innovation in content formats (videos, digital campaigns, experiential
marketing).
Manage agency and partner relationships at a strategic level.
Oversee budgets, performance metrics, and impact reporting.
Champion employer branding and external communications.
Position the brand as a thought leader in its industry through narrative-led initiatives.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or communications, with proven
leadership.
Exceptional creative writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to inspire
audiences.
Prior experience in managing brand campaigns end-to-end.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and grow teams.
Demonstrated success in brand-building across traditional and digital platforms.
