Role & responsibilities
We are hiring a CRM & Power Platform Lead for a client with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical experience along with solution design capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development and customization in D365 CRM & Power Platform
- Design optimal solutions (Plugin vs Power Automate based on business need)
- Develop and maintain:
- Plugins
- Power Automate flows
- JavaScript customizations
- Business Rules
- Perform technical troubleshooting & debugging
- Conduct API testing using tools like POSTMAN
- Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure smooth delivery
Preferred candidate profile
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong experience in Power Automate (Must Have)
- Hands-on experience in D365 Project Operations
- Expertise in Plugin Development
- Solid understanding of D365 Customization (JS, Business Rules)
Preferred Skills:
- Strong problem-solving & decision-making ability
- Good communication & stakeholder management skills
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 8+ years of total IT experience
- Immediate to 30 days joiners preferred
Pay: ₹2,100,000.00 - ₹2,389,316.56 per year
