Position Summary
MAAN Aluminium Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic and talented Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to join our manufacturing team. The selected candidates will undergo structured training across various functions of the aluminium extrusion manufacturing process and develop technical, operational, and leadership skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech
- Branches:
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Computer Science Engineering
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are eligible.
- Strong academic background and willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
For Mechanical Engineers
- Assist in production and extrusion process optimization.
- Monitor machine performance and preventive maintenance.
- Improve productivity and reduce downtime.
- Support process improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing practices.
For Electrical Engineers
- Maintain electrical systems, drives, PLCs, motors, and control panels.
- Troubleshoot electrical breakdowns.
- Assist in preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
- Ensure electrical safety and compliance.
For Computer Science Engineers
- Support ERP, MES, and manufacturing IT systems.
- Develop reports and dashboards for production data.
- Assist in automation, data analytics, and digital manufacturing initiatives.
- Coordinate with production teams for system improvements.
Common Responsibilities
- Learn aluminium extrusion manufacturing processes.
- Maintain quality standards and documentation.
- Participate in continuous improvement (Kaizen, 5S, Lean).
- Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental policies.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain operational records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Desired Skills
- Good technical fundamentals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Knowledge of PLC/Automation (Electrical) is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of CAD/SolidWorks (Mechanical) is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, Power BI, or programming (Computer Science) is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

The selected GETs will receive structured training in:
