Key Responsibilities:
1. Concept Development & Design
● Develop creative and functional design concepts for commercial interior spaces.
● Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, and detailed working drawings.
● Create mood boards, material palettes, and 3D visualizations.
● Ensure designs align with client requirements, brand identity, and budget constraints.
2. Client Coordination
● Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements and preferences.
● Present design concepts and incorporate client feedback.
● Provide design solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and cost efficiency.
3. Technical Documentation
● Prepare detailed drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and BOQs.
● Assist in material selection and specification documentation.
● Ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards.
4. Project Coordination
● Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors
● Support site visits and ensure design execution aligns with approved drawings.
● Assist in resolving on-site design challenges.
5. Industry & Market Awareness
● Stay updated on current design trends, materials, and technologies.
● Research innovative materials and cost-effective solutions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
