Job Summary
We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Exhibition Sales Executives to represent the Arthlife brand at exhibitions and trade fairs across India. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and selling skills, enjoy interacting with customers, and be comfortable traveling extensively.
The role involves setting up exhibition stalls, demonstrating kids' clothing collections, explaining fabric quality and product features, assisting customers in selecting products, and achieving sales targets while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Arthlife professionally at exhibitions, fairs, and promotional events.
- Set up and organize exhibition stalls before the event begins.
- Display products attractively to maximize customer engagement.
- Welcome and interact with visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Demonstrate kids' clothing collections and explain:
- Fabric quality and material
- Comfort and durability
- Sizes and fitting
- Product features and designs
- Washing and maintenance instructions
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Convince customers to purchase by highlighting product quality, value, and brand benefits.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle billing, cash, UPI, and card transactions where applicable.
- Maintain stock availability and replenish display items throughout the exhibition.
- Keep the stall clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Record customer feedback and report market trends.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for inventory movement.
- Pack and dismantle stalls after the exhibition.
- Travel to various cities for exhibitions as per the event schedule.

Preferred Qualification
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
- Graduate preferred.
- Prior experience in retail sales, exhibition sales, apparel, fashion, FMCG, or customer service is an added advantage.
Experience
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- 0–3 years of experience in retail sales, fashion, exhibitions, or customer-facing roles preferred.
Travel Requirement
Candidates must be willing to travel extensively across India, including:
- Pune
- Mumbai
- Hyderabad
- Chennai
- Bengaluru
- Visakhapatnam (Vizag)
- Other exhibition locations across North, South, East, and West India
