About the Role
We are looking for a Cyber Security - Technical Trainer who can deliver engaging, hands-on, and industry-focused training sessions. The trainer will be responsible for preparing students and professionals with the latest cyber security skills, tools, and best practices to succeed in the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and online training on Cyber Security concepts and tools.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and practical lab exercises.
- Deliver sessions on Networking, Operating Systems (Linux/Windows), Ethical Hacking, Web Security, Penetration Testing, and Security Tools.
- Demonstrate tools such as Kali Linux, Nmap, Burp Suite, Wireshark, and Metasploit.
- Guide learners in certification preparation (CEH, Security+, etc.) and real-time projects.
- Evaluate learner performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Organize workshops, hackathons, and seminars on cyber security topics.
- Stay updated on the latest security threats, technologies, and trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Cyber Security (or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of Networking, Operating Systems, and Cyber Security fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with cyber security tools and techniques.
- Good communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Certifications like CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or OSCP are an added advantage.
Preferred Attributes
- Prior experience as a trainer or mentor in IT/Cyber Security.
- Knowledge in Cloud & DevOps is an added Advantage.
- Passion for teaching and simplifying complex topics.
- Ability to motivate and engage learners at different levels.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
