Role Overview:
Job Summary:
The Store Associate is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, beverages, food items, and other inventory required for hotel and bar operations. The role ensures proper stock maintenance, accurate documentation, and timely availability of materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming goods and verify them against purchase orders and invoices.
- Maintain proper storage of food items, beverages, bar stock, and other materials.
- Issue materials to departments as per approved requisitions.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the management about shortages or replenishment needs.
- Maintain inventory records and update stock registers/system entries accurately.
- Ensure proper handling and storage conditions to avoid damage or wastage.
- Conduct regular stock verification and assist during audits.
- Coordinate with the Purchase Department and vendors for stock-related activities.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and company standards in the store area.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
