Main Responsibilities are as below-
1. Participation in Gate 0
o Actively participate in Gate 0 activities, contributing to Shop Visit Management and providing expertise on risk analysis & mitigation.
2. Project Management
o Oversee the flow of parts post-disassembly (e.g., G1B, Check Inspection, PNR, expendables, etc.).
o Anticipate Gate 3 requirements and raise requirement for parts in advance (based on configuration).
3. Technical Understanding
o Demonstrate proficiency in workflow documentation (Service Orders 1 & 2) for the assigned module.
o Liaise with Engineering to establish and maintain accurate Gate 1 documentation.
4. Shop Floor/Bay Support
o Post G1A release of documentation and part flow management.
o Provide technical support for deviations, acting as the link between the bay and Technical Support/Engineering.
o Assist the bay with inspection tasks.
5. Coordination and Communication
o Work closely with Line/Gate Managers to ensure proper alignment and integration of activities.
o Provide regular updates to Line/Gate Managers on the progress of work.
o Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and inspection.
6. Problem Solving
o Exhibit strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve technical and operational challenges swiftly and effectively.
