1. Role Overview
Responsible for maintaining customer and dealer records in the CRM system while ensuring smooth coordination between departments such as Sales, Marketing, Purchase, Accounts, and Warehouse. Handles customer inquiries, order updates, MIS reporting, and administrative support to ensure efficient business operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer and dealer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team for campaigns, promotions, and customer follow-ups.
- Work with the Purchase department regarding stock availability, order status, and delivery updates.
- Communicate with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and operational reports.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates on orders and services.
- Ensure effective coordination between departments and customers for smooth business operations.
- Assist management with documentation, reporting, and administrative support.
