Job responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively to foster relationships with new and existing partners.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build a deep understanding of our products and present them effectively to clients.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on business growth and customer satisfaction
- Conduct deep research to identify new markets and customers
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the companys products/services addressing clients requirements
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Present weekly / monthly reports
Business Development Executive Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechaninal Engineering.
- Fresher or Experienced.
- Superb analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Adept in networking, project management and problem-solving.
