· Perform stamping and forming simulation using AutoForm software.
· Analyze feasibility of sheet metal components for manufacturability.
· Conduct formability analysis, thinning, wrinkling, springback, and split prediction studies.
· Suggest process improvements and die face modifications based on simulation results.
· Prepare simulation reports and technical documentation.
· Coordinate with die design, tool room, and product design teams for process optimization.
· Support tryout activities and resolve stamping-related issues.
· Develop blank layouts and optimize material utilization.
· Ensure process quality and adherence to customer standards.
· Hands-on experience in AutoForm software.
· Knowledge of sheet metal forming and stamping processes.
· Understanding of die design concepts and manufacturing feasibility.
· Knowledge of springback compensation and process validation.
· Ability to interpret 2D drawings and 3D CAD data.
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
