Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality short-form video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and high-quality photos highlighting our menu items, staff, and dining experience.
- Trend Analysis: Identify and implement trending audio, formats, and aesthetic styles relevant to the food and hospitality niche.
- Community Management: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and direct messages timely, and engage with local food influencers and foodies.
- Copywriting: Write engaging, accurate, and brand-consistent captions for social media posts, stories, and promotions.
- Event Promotion: Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns for menu launches, happy hours, holidays, and special restaurant events.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Active presence on social media (Instagram) with a strong understanding of what drives engagement. (Prior experience managing a brand or business account is a plus, but not required).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in mobile video editing apps (CapCut, InShot, Canva) and basic photography/videography principles (lighting, framing).
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for conversational storytelling.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Requirement: Must have a smartphone with a high-quality camera to capture daily content.
Ability to Commute/Relocate:
VijaHapur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
