About the Role
Bandhoo Solutions and Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to manage the execution of Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and infrastructure projects across Delhi NCR.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution, labor supervision, vendor coordination, quality control, and project documentation. The role requires close coordination with contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure timely, safe, and quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day execution of Water Treatment Plant (WTP), utility, and infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and clients for smooth project execution.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Site Order Books (SOB), BOQs, measurement sheets, and billing documentation.
- Manage labor deployment, attendance, productivity, and site discipline.
- Ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and manpower.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Capture site progress photographs and maintain project documentation.
- Identify and resolve site execution issues while escalating critical matters to the Project Manager.
- Support project billing, measurements, and client documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering (Civil preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Water Treatment Plant (WTP), STP, utility, or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of civil construction, pipeline works, equipment installation, and site execution.
- Experience preparing BOQs, DPRs, measurement sheets, and billing documentation.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills in Hindi; English communication is an advantage.
- Ability to independently manage site activities and workforce.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in WTP, STP, ETP, pipeline, or utility projects.
- Knowledge of quality control and safety procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at multiple project locations.
