We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Marketer to manage and grow our e-commerce brand on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest and other social media platforms.
The candidate should understand product marketing, content planning, reels creation, basic video editing, influencer coordination and customer engagement. The main goal is to increase brand awareness, improve engagement, drive traffic to our website and support sales through conversion-focused content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily posting on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and Pinterest.
- Plan and create reels, posts, stories and carousel content.
- Shoot, edit and publish short product videos and reels.
- Create monthly content calendars for offers, festivals, product launches and campaigns.
- Write engaging captions, hashtags and product-focused content.
- Create content that highlights product benefits, customer problems, reviews and trust points.
- Track social media trends, reels, audios and competitor content.
- Find and coordinate with influencers and creators for collaborations.
- Reply to comments, DMs and basic customer queries professionally.
- Track weekly performance including reach, engagement, followers, clicks and conversions.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and Pinterest.
- Experience in reels planning, shooting and editing.
- Basic video editing skills using apps like CapCut, VN, Canva or similar tools.
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Amazon or Flipkart.
- Creative mindset with good visual sense.
- Good English and Hindi communication skills.
- Ability to create product-focused and sales-driven content.
Experience Required
- Minimum 1 year experience in social media marketing.
- Experience in e-commerce, D2C, pet, lifestyle or product-based brands will be preferred.
Note: Freshers with strong creative skills, reels editing knowledge and good social media understanding can also apply.
