Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand project requirements, guiding the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions and provide innovative solutions to enhance application functionality and performance, while maintaining a focus on quality and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team skills and capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Application Integration. - Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with back-end frameworks and technologies, including Spring and Hibernate. - Familiarity with database management systems, particularly SQL and NoSQL databases. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
