Job Description – Interior Project Manager (Residential Interiors)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Interior Project Manager to lead the execution of premium residential interior projects from design handover to final client handover. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of residential interior projects.
- Review drawings, BOQ, and project scope before execution.
- Plan project schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with designers, clients, vendors, subcontractors, and installation teams.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor daily progress.
- Ensure quality standards and adherence to company SOPs.
- Verify materials received at site as per BOQ and dispatch list.
- Manage manpower allocation and resolve site execution issues.
- Monitor project costs and minimize material wastage.
- Conduct client meetings and provide regular project updates.
- Ensure timely collection of stage-wise and final payments.
- Complete snag rectification and obtain project handover sign-off.
- Maintain project documentation and submit daily/weekly progress reports.

Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in residential interior project execution.
- Experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, and complete home interiors is preferred.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience with premium residential interior projects.
- Familiarity with project management tools and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel across project sites in Chennai.
- Valid two-wheeler and driving license preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
