Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing clients to promote real estate projects.
- Explain project details, property features, pricing, and payment plans effectively.
- Generate and qualify leads through proactive calling and follow-ups.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings or site visits for sales executives.
- Maintain an updated database of leads, inquiries, and follow-ups in CRM.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls, meetings, and conversions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on lead quality and customer responses.
