1. Job Purpose
The primary responsibility of this role is video editing. The employee will edit wedding, corporate, event, and promotional videos while assisting the videography team during shoots when required.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Video Editing – Primary Responsibility
- Edit wedding, corporate, event, promotional, and social media videos.
- Organize and manage footage and project files.
- Select suitable footage based on quality, storytelling, and project requirements.
- Perform cutting, sequencing, transitions, audio editing, and basic colour correction.
- Create highlights, teasers, reels, and full-length videos as assigned.
- Implement revisions and feedback accurately.
- Export videos in the required format, resolution, and aspect ratio.
- Complete projects within assigned deadlines.
- Maintain proper file organization and backups.
- Update project status in Trello or the company's project management system.
B. Videography Shoot Assistance – Secondary Responsibility
- Assist the videographer during wedding, corporate, and event shoots.
- Help prepare and handle cameras, lenses, batteries, memory cards, lights, tripods, and other equipment.
- Assist with basic camera and lighting setup.
- Help with equipment movement, organization, and safety.
- Support the videographer during the shoot as instructed.
- Assist with footage transfer and backup after shoots.
- Maintain professional behaviour and appearance while working with clients.
3. Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Understanding of video formats, resolutions, frame rates, and basic colour correction.
- Basic knowledge of cameras and videography.
- Good storytelling and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects.
- Good communication, teamwork, discipline, and willingness to learn.
4. Experience
- 1–3 years of video editing experience preferred.
- Experience in wedding, corporate, event, or commercial video editing is an advantage.
- Portfolio/showreel of previous work preferred.

Overall Role
Video editing is the primary responsibility of this position. Shoot assistance is a supporting responsibility and will be required based on the company's project and shoot requirements.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
