We are a growing business involved in international exports, e-commerce, shipping documentation, and business support services. We are looking for a smart, organized, and responsible candidate to manage daily office operations and documentation work.
Responsibilities
- Manage shipping and courier documentation
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments
- Prepare invoices, packing lists, and office records
- Handle passport, PAN, GST, and other online service applications
- Manage customer inquiries and follow-ups
- Maintain Excel reports and databases
- Handle printing, scanning, and document processing
- Coordinate with courier companies, customers, and service providers
- Support daily office administration
Requirements
- Graduate (B.Com, BBA, MBA, or equivalent)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to learn new online systems and processes
- Experience in accounts, administration, customer service, or documentation preferred
Preferred Skills
- Tally knowledge
- GST or accounting knowledge
- Experience with courier/shipping documentation
- Customer service experience
